To close, I have a class that's full of stealth and these niche type-perks and call it a 'Sh!t hits the fan' class. And the Stealth Choppers in games are usually mineĬold-Blooded is better in Scorestreaks regard, but if I run that is mainly for the target-finder users. I see more Escort Drones from CP's than I do through people calling them in. Hunter Killers, fair point, (but Flak Jacket doubles up as a counter to Hunter Killers whilst protecting you from allsorts of explosives) but the other two streaks (chopper/escort)are so in the middle that people will either go for lower streaks (UAV, Hellstorm, Lightening) or Higher streaks such as Lodestar, Dogs, Swarm. Testing suggests to me that blind eye does jack sh!t against the Wor-hog - which is all the more annoying, because it always seems to kill me, but when I run it, rarely gets any kills for me.įor the stealth chopper and escort drone, Blind Eye is just too Expensive to use. I've tried to keep away from friendlies (as not to get blown up by splash damage because they don't have blind eye) and I've tried to stay in the most obscure areas.

If I'm right it only shields from the Stealth Chopper and Escort Drone - you can argue to the hills with me that it supposedly protects from the Warthog (AI controlled), but I've died from it everytime I have walked outside even with Blind Eye equipped. It's too expensive to equip just for middle of the road Score-Streaks that people don't really use. It doesn't cover the, Lightening Strike, Hellstorm, K9 Unit, Lodestar, VTOL, Dragonfire, AGR, Sentry Guns I think Blind Eye is hardly any better than Hard-Wired - it's use is circumstanical and protects you from nearly nothing. Ironically, and this is going to make me look even sadder than I probably come across LOL, but I was thinking about Blind Eye and the Score-Streaks in the elevator to work this morning, off all places. Havent ever encountered a Lodestar though. So, with all this whining about the top KStreaks, does nobody else run blindeye? And if not why not? Are there better counters or have I just been downright flukey? Couldnt believe how many kills I got in a short space of time. Then the other day I got my first ever swarm (from a care package) and we went from approx 65-55 down to winning 75-70 almost completely due to the swarm. K9 was a bit of a shocker but more from the point of getting shot whilst getting out of K9's way. Only got smashed when HKDrones hit players too close to me.

Swarms & VSAT didnt do a lot - I stayed indoors and plus I run Blind Eye on all classes. I have encountered probably 8 or 9 Swarms, about a dozen VSATS and 3 K9. "Its soo rubbish when I enter a game half way through and hear Enemy swarm/k9/vsat/incoming" I am an ok player, (1.55kd & hover about 190 SPM in HCTDM) and have never really had a problem when encountering swarms, VSATS or K9 which seem to be the most often moaned about: SEen a few threads recently about rage quitting and a particular one about "dumbing down" IE using lighter weight KStreaks to stop people rage quitting.
